Farmers Pie...
The following recipe does not require any quantity count, add randomly as per your taste :) ain't it fascinating :P
Requirements:
Veggies ( I used carrot,french beans,corn)
butter one tsp
1 onion chopped
olive oil one spoon
mushroom
chicken as per your choice
all in one sauce /or any of your favorite sauce
salt to taste
black pepper
coriander leaves
Mashed potatoes( boil the potato drain water , mash it with pinch salt and milk )
Take a pan , heat oil , add butter , fry onions in it until soft, add chicken then mushroom fry it for a while, add sauce, then close the lid and let it cook for about 3 min. Remove the lid then add salt , veggies, coriander leaves, black pepper cook it for a while not fully soft let the crunchiness of the carrot remain intact.
Take a Microwave Pan , empty the content cooked above into it and wait for it to cool for a while .then cover the top with the mashed potato. And then microwave it for 5 min ,if you want u can keep it till the potato forms the brown crust, i like it just little crispy on top . Remove it and enjoy like i did ....

FLOWER
Okay!! lets make a fabric flower :)
all you need is your favorite fabric,i used satin
thread
button
and patience
cut the fabric in circles,then fold it into half and press it cut it the fold the half into another half and stitch the straight edge,flip the fabric so that you see the right side then sew all the pieces together and join the first petal to the last so that it forms a circle and stitch the button at the center you can even check the pictures given below for details..

Quick evening snack....
Hello everyone,
Today let me tell you a quick easy snack that i experimented with few ingredients readily available at home and is yum to eat .
Required:
2 Eggs boiled
1Onion chopped
1Tomato chopped
1 tsp oil
1 tsp chilli powder
Salt and lime as per your taste
Coriander leaves and spices to garnish
* for south Indian touch u can always add roasted ground nut and puffed rice
Take a bowl add oil,chilli powder,salt and mix it ,then add onion mix it,add lime juice mix it, the comes in tomato , then diced egg white,crushed egg yolk mix well , add ground nut and puffed rice .garnish with spices and coriander ... and serve...
