Medium Level -Paneer Bulgogi

Ingredients:

450gms paneer(cottage cheese)/Tofu-thinly sliced        
4 button mushrooms
3 sliced green onions.
1/2 thinly sliced onion
1-2 tbsp minced garlic
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
4 tbsp sesame oil
4 tsp pepper.


  • Combine & stir all the ingredients and pour over paneer/Tofu slices
  • Marinate paneer/Tofu and vegetables overnight for best flavors.
  • Separate the paneer/Tofu from the marinade and grill it.
  • Pour marinade onto the Paneer/Tofu & cook until most of the marinade has reduce
  • Serve over rice.
>>> For Non-Veg: Use Meat.
