Farmers Pie...

The following recipe does not require any quantity count, add randomly as per your taste :) ain't it fascinating :P

Requirements:

Veggies ( I used carrot,french beans,corn)
butter one tsp
1 onion chopped
olive oil one spoon
mushroom
chicken as per your choice
all in one sauce /or any of your favorite sauce
salt to taste
black pepper
coriander leaves

Mashed potatoes( boil the potato drain water , mash it with pinch salt and milk )

Take a pan , heat oil , add butter , fry onions in it until soft, add chicken then mushroom fry it for a while, add sauce, then close the lid and let it cook for about 3 min. Remove the lid then add salt , veggies, coriander leaves, black pepper cook it for a while not fully soft let the crunchiness of the carrot remain intact.

Take a Microwave Pan , empty the content cooked above into it and wait for it to cool for a while .then  cover the top with the mashed potato. And then microwave it for 5 min ,if you want u can keep it till the potato forms the brown crust, i like it just little crispy on top . Remove it and enjoy like i did ....

MAGGI timess-Recipe

MAGGI Noodles - i think we all are familiar with this which is all time favorite of kids and for those who stay away from home and are lazy to cook.Here are few experiments that i tried with it and trust me its tastes way better than normal, this can also be served during Tea Times.

having said this everyone lets try something different



PANEER (Cottage Cheese) MAGGI Recipe:


  1. the pieces of paneer have to be thin and small , as they need to be cooked well.
  2. While frying the paneer, add some spices of your choice to give it a better taste.
  3. After frying , add water, taste maker, noodles and cook until ready

Medium Level -Paneer Bulgogi

Ingredients:

450gms paneer(cottage cheese)/Tofu-thinly sliced        
4 button mushrooms
3 sliced green onions.
1/2 thinly sliced onion
1-2 tbsp minced garlic
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
4 tbsp sesame oil
4 tsp pepper.


  • Combine & stir all the ingredients and pour over paneer/Tofu slices
  • Marinate paneer/Tofu and vegetables overnight for best flavors.
  • Separate the paneer/Tofu from the marinade and grill it.
  • Pour marinade onto the Paneer/Tofu & cook until most of the marinade has reduce
  • Serve over rice.
>>> For Non-Veg: Use Meat.

Easy recipe- 2 Minute FUDGE

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter                                                          
1 cup walnut chopped                                     
450 grams powdered sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk

  • Stir Sugar,Cocoa,salt,milk & vanilla extract together until partially blended(it will be too stiff to blend thoroughly)
  • Put Butter over Top in centre of dish
  • Microwave at high for 2 minutes ,or until smooth.
  • Blend in nuts.Pour into lightly buttered 8x4x3" dish
  • Chill 1 hour in refrigerator or  20-30 mins in freezer.
  • cut into squares & ENJOY!!!
